theres a Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square RIGHT AT the Gateway clipper dock.
if you are looking to stay the night - this would be the most convenient spot. 

there are also a bunch thruout the city as well. so depending on what you are looking to get into, theres something close.
